The delivery fees are set by the restaurants themselves.
Is there an App for Jymba
Currently there is no App for Jymba but we are working on it!
What if I can't find my favorite restaurant on Jymba?
If you can't find your favorite restaurant on Jymba send us a support message and we will get in contact with the restaurant.
Is Jymba available in my Location?
Currently Jymba is only available in Hamburg but we are expanding as fast as possible
How do I place an order on Jymba?
Placing an order on Jymba is very simple: Enter your location. Choose a restaurant near you and select delicious dishes. Then you can proceed to the checkout.
What payment methods are available at Jymba?
Currently, we offer cash payments and Paypal.
Can I pre-order food for tomorrow?
You can only pre-order food for the same day.
I want to change my order, what can I do?
Please contact the restaurant directly. On Jymba, you will always find the phone number of the restaurant. To make it easier for the restaurant, please include the order code.
